TikTok calls time on social media over-usage.

TikTok has made the monumental move to limit usage in a bid to create more wellness in the social media space. 

Social media’s been given a bad wrap over the years. It’s a vessel for online bullies and a place that puts unrealistic body and beauty ideals on full display.

But it’s also a brilliant tool for promotion and education, breaking news, finding fashion and beauty inspo, sharing the ups and downs of day-to-day life, and more.

However, we’re all guilty over over-scrolling. We flick through countless images and clips, and before we known it, we’ve spent way too long in the vortex when we could be actually living our lives. When was the last time you spent an entire 24-hours social media-free?
