Cranberry Relish with Walnuts

I love to make my own home-made cranberry relish for the holidays. This recipe for Cranberry Relish with Walnuts—featuring dried cranberries, red wine, oranges, parsley, and walnuts—is super easy. I adapted it from a recipe from California Walnuts, which I demonstrated on the Hallmark TV Channel Home & Family Show for the holidays a few years ago. It was really fun shooting this TV segment for the Hallmark TV Channel Holiday show on the Universal Studios lot.

The great thing about this vegan, gluten-free recipe for cranberry relish is that you can find the ingredients quite easily in many supermarkets. It only has 7 ingredients (many of which you probably have in your pantry now), and takes about 25 minutes to make.
