Weight Watchers: Is It Biblical?

A weight loss plan that promises you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight? Where do I sign up??

If you’ve been around the dieting world for very long, you’ve probably heard of Weight Watchers (now called WW). In fact, it’s been around for so long and is so popular, there’s a good chance you’ve tried it.

And it does look promising! No bad foods or good foods, and no restriction of any one food group. Sounds like a diet made in Heaven, right?

If you aren’t familiar, the WW program is based on a points system that involves tracking your food and staying inside a daily and weekly “budget.” As long as you stick to the budget, you can eat whatever you want.

It sounds so doable and easy! But can a plan like this really work for the long term?
