I’m never one to miss breakfast, even on the busiest of days! Now that back to school season is here and slow summer mornings are gone like the humidity, many of you will be trying to get out the door on a schedule.

Mid-morning is my most productive part of the day, so I make sure everyone in the house eats a nutritious breakfast to increase energy and improve concentration. You can’t focus if your stomach is growling!

But I am all too aware that busy mornings, especially when you have kids, can make it challenging to prepare a quick and healthy breakfast. That’s where meal prepping comes in.

By preparing your breakfast in advance, you can enjoy healthy and delicious food without having to wake up extra early.
