Brain health may not always be top of mind (pun intended!) like heart or skin health, but “brain health matters at every age and stage,” says Los Angeles-based registered dietitian Maggie Moon, MS, RD, author of The MIND Diet: 2nd Edition. “It takes a lot of resources to keep it firing and wiring at its best throughout the lifespan.”
