Back in the 90s (yes, I’m dating myself a little) we were all about low-fat.
At the height of my dieting days, I survived on processed foods like Snackwell cakes and raisins because of that little label that said “fat-free” on the front of the package. All the while, my hormones were suffering because, as it turns out, your body does need a little fat to survive.
A few years ago the keto diet burst onto the scene with its low-carb, high-fat approach to weight loss. Thousands of people jumped on board, and many of them have achieved significant weight loss and experienced some health benefits.
But, like the other diets we’ve already discussed, the keto diet still begs the question: Is there a Christian keto diet?
